Monthly review - October 2021

What an intensive month we have experienced this September! There were so many things going on, and we were able to solve every single issue we had encountered.

Our wing had to be rejected, which was previously announced in our newsletter. Even in September, it was still a difficult situation to deal with: We worked so hard and we felt like we're starting from zero. But it is obviously not so. The design work, for example, is 90% completed.

There are, however, only positive happenings! Thanks to this rejection, we could bring our prepared wing at the Electrifly-In 2021 in Grenchen. We were able to have the best stand and many visitors could touch carbon fabric and the inside of a wing for the first time. All the interesting people we met and the smiles we observed were priceless.

We also would like to take this mail as an opportunity to give a special thank to the sponsors that helped us partaking in this event:

Now it's time to move forward. In September we are working thoroughly on our carbon molds. Most of them are ready. Once they will be cured in our oven, we will be starting to laminate our parts. In a first step, we will build the V-Tail. Then follows the fuselage and, in the end, the wing.

You probably heard an electric aircraft from a big company will attempt to break the World Speed Record. We believe they will get it if they fly before us. But looking at their specs, our aircraft has better performances so, we hope to break it as well!

In October, we are focusing on structuring the company internally, in finding investments and sponsors for our aircraft. If you're interested in it, just drop us an email, we'll be glad to hear from you!

Short Outlook

In October, we continue to prepare and cure our carbon fiber molds. It is still uncertain if we can start to laminate our first V-Tail parts. You'll learn more about it next month.
