This includes the carrier responsible for shipping the ordered goods. Finally, we transmit to the issuer and to the acquirer of your credit card the information relating to this one during the payment by credit card on our site. 7. Note on data transmissions to the United States

For the sake of completeness, we inform users domiciled or headquartered in Switzerland that the United States is subject to surveillance measures by the United States authorities. These generally allow the recording of all personal data of persons whose data has been transmitted from Switzerland to the United States.
